Who is Herobrine?[]
Who herobrine is, is also shrouded in mystery. Researchers believe that Herobrine is Notches dead brother, who died before the player reached the world. It is believed that his backstory is told in disc 11, with the running player being herobrine before he turned bad. What happened was he was running from a distant wolf as in the end of the clip there was a houl and this guy named colin seems to be scottish, he blocked some walls of the cave and placed a torch so he spawned a herobrine that he did not know because that was herobrine/collin he died in real life and the game he is hauting paople with redstone torches in mines and kills them so BEWARE!!!.
Herobrine vs. The Player[]
Though there is no exact reason why Herobrine attacks players, and stalks them. Is totally unknown. However, speculations are made, and the most likley one is that Herobrine wants the world to himself, possibly to exact revenge on the mobs that turned him into the ghost he is now. He may (in a paradox) wants to protect the player from turning into the same type of being he turned into. He is atracted to disc 11 is because he wants to keep his backstory in mystery.
